On 25 January, Arsenal secured a 1-0 victory over Wolverhampton Wanderers at Molineux, despite playing with ten men after Miles Lewis-Skelly was sent off late in the first half.
Following the match, Arsenal successfully appealed the red card given for a foul on Matty Doherty, leading to its overturning. However, the Football Association later charged the club with misconduct after Arsenal players surrounded referee Michael Oliver during the game. The club did not contest the charge and has been fined £65,000 by an independent commission for improper conduct in the Premier League fixture.
Arsenal now turn their attention to upcoming matches, but they face ongoing squad challenges with several key players sidelined due to injuries.
