Liverpool is intensifying efforts to sign Eintracht Frankfurt striker Hugo Ekitike, valued at £84 million. With Darwin Nunez potentially leaving Anfield this summer, the club is exploring options for a high-profile signing. Nunez has attracted interest from Napoli and RB Leipzig, with offers around £50 million. Liverpool’s scouts are set to evaluate Ekitike during Frankfurt’s upcoming match against SC Freiburg. The French striker has impressed this season with 22 goals and 11 assists in all competitions. Despite the high asking price, Liverpool hopes to negotiate a more favorable deal.
