Liverpool Eyes £84m Striker as Summer Transfer Target

Liverpool is reportedly interested in signing Slovenian striker Benjamin Sesko, who is keen on a move to Anfield this summer. The Reds are considering Sesko as a potential replacement for Darwin Nunez, with Napoli and Saudi Arabian clubs showing interest in the Uruguayan forward. RB Leipzig values Sesko at €100m (£84m), but negotiations could lead to a lower fee. Former Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp has praised Sesko’s ‘incredible potential‘ while former Leipzig technical director Christopher Vivell described him as a ‘real goalscorer’ with unique abilities. Liverpool hopes to leverage its strong relationship with Leipzig in the transfer discussions.
