Nottingham Forest faced a setback in their Premier League campaign with a 2-2 draw against relegated Leicester City, impacting their hopes for Champions League qualification. Despite this, the club is actively pursuing new signings for the upcoming summer transfer window.
Liverpool’s Jarell Quansah and Manchester City’s James McAtee are among the potential targets for Forest. Both players have struggled to secure regular starting positions at their current clubs. Additionally, Nottingham Forest is reportedly prepared to make a move for AC Milan midfielder Ruben Loftus-Cheek, who could be available for £17 million. The England international has made 66 appearances for Milan, scoring 10 goals.
Loftus-Cheek’s contract with Milan has two years remaining, and his experience could bolster Forest’s midfield. Fulham and West Ham are also interested in the midfielder, while Roma may leverage their strong relationship with Milan in pursuit of the player.
