Paris Saint-Germain secured a remarkable 4–2 victory over Manchester City, overturning a two-goal deficit in a dramatic encounter in France.
The first half ended goalless despite intense competition on the field. Nuno Mendes received a yellow card in the 23rd minute, while Achraf Hakimi saw his goal ruled out for offside just before halftime.
Manchester City took control early in the second half, with Jack Grealish breaking the deadlock in the 50th minute. Three minutes later, Erling Haaland doubled the lead, putting City in a strong position.
PSG responded swiftly, launching an impressive comeback. Ousmane Dembélé found the net in the 56th minute with an assist from Bradley Barcola. Four minutes later, Barcola equalized with a well-placed finish. João Neves then put PSG ahead in the 78th minute, converting a pass from Vitinha. Lucas Hernandez extended the lead in the 81st minute, while Gonçalo Ramos added a final goal in stoppage time, sealing the triumph.
Following the match, PSG’s coach emphasized the team’s collective effort, stating, “This win was about belief and teamwork. We proved our strength as a unit.”
