Stellenbosch FC defender Ismael Toure, aged 27, is drawing attention from clubs in Qatar, Saudi Arabia, and Finland. Since joining from Marumo Gallants in the 2022/23 season, Toure has been a key player for the team, contributing significantly to their Carling Knockout Cup victory in the 2023/24 season. The club has a history of exporting talent, with players like Ibrahim Jabaar and Olwethu Makhanya moving abroad, and Anicet Oura recently transferring as well. Toure’s contract includes an R8 million release clause, which interested clubs must meet to initiate negotiations with Stellenbosch FC. This potential move could be significant for the team, especially amid reports linking Thabo Moloisane with a transfer to Gauteng.
