Pyramids FC head coach Krunoslav Jurčić is preparing for what he describes as the biggest match of his career, as his team faces Mamelodi Sundowns in the CAF Champions League final. The Croatian coach, who has previously led Dinamo Zagreb and the Saudi Arabia national team, considers this upcoming match in Africa’s premier club competition to be a significant milestone. Pyramids will also have a crucial league game against Ceramica Cleopatra in between the two legs of the final. Jurčić expressed satisfaction with the team’s preparation for the first leg, despite minor logistical issues at their hotel. “We have excellent feeling,” he stated, noting that their season has been strong and they aim to conclude it successfully. He acknowledged that Sundowns have more experience in the Champions League but remains confident in his team’s readiness and performance this season. “Tomorrow is the biggest match of my career,” Jurčić emphasized, highlighting his determination to secure victory.
