Arsenal Targets Botafogo’s Igor Jesus Amid Striker Search

Arsenal is actively pursuing new striker options, with recent reports indicating interest in Botafogo’s Igor Jesus. The North London club has been in contact with the player’s representatives as they look to strengthen their attacking lineup. Despite a €100m release clause, Botafogo may consider a lower fee for the Brazilian forward. This move comes as Arsenal also advances talks with Sporting CP’s Viktor Gyokeres, who has had an impressive season with 53 goals across all competitions. Arsenal’s need for a striker became evident after their Champions League exit and lack of silverware this season.
