Can Sundowns Secure CAF Champions League Glory?

Mamelodi Sundowns are still in contention for the CAF Champions League title despite a late equalizer by Walid El Karti that resulted in a 1-1 draw against Pyramids. The decisive second leg is set to take place at the 30 June Air Defence Stadium in Egypt on June 1, with kickoff at 19:00. Doctor Khumalo, a legend of Kaizer Chiefs and Bafana Bafana, expressed confidence in Sundowns’ ability to win the championship if they address their mistakes from the first leg. Former captain Hlompho Kekana also believes that Sundowns have a strong chance if they replicate their early second-half performance. The upcoming match remains crucial as both teams vie for victory.
