Kaizer Chiefs Secure First Trophy in a Decade with Maart’s Winning Goal

Kaizer Chiefs defender Inacio Miguel has expressed his admiration for team captain Yusuf Maart. Both players have taken turns leading the team this season, but Miguel emphasized his respect for Maart’s leadership qualities. Despite some fans favoring Miguel over Maart, the latter scored the decisive goal last weekend to secure Kaizer Chiefs’ first trophy in ten years. Miguel stated, ‘Yusuf is my captain. I respect him a lot … he has a lot of leadership skills.‘ Last month, Kaizer Chiefs extended Maart’s contract by two years.
