Mamelodi Sundowns Secure Aubrey Modiba for Another Season

Mamelodi Sundowns have confirmed the extension of Aubrey Modiba’s contract, ensuring the versatile player remains with the team for the upcoming season. Modiba, who joined Sundowns from SuperSport United five years ago, has become a key figure in the squad. The club exercised their option to extend his contract by one year before the May 31 deadline, keeping him at Chloorkop until June 2026. Additionally, there is an option to extend his stay for another year. Over his tenure with Sundowns, Modiba has made 162 appearances, scoring nine goals and providing 17 assists. Recently, he helped the team secure the Betway Premiership title, marking his fourth league victory with the club.
